Pooch Portraits in the Park
On June 14th, we hosted our second annual Pooch Portraits in the Park, and despite the rainy weather, the day was a huge success! While the original plan was to gather outdoors, Mother Nature had other ideas—but thanks to the incredible generosity of Well Balanced Dog Training, we were able to move the event indoors without missing a beat.
We were thrilled to once again partner with Fred Levy of Fred Levy Photography, who offered each attendee a free professional pet portrait. Fred’s talent for capturing the unique personality of each pooch made for some truly heartwarming moments—and lots of wagging tails!
In addition to the portraits, we collected a massive amount of pet food donations for the Maynard Food Pantry, ensuring that local pets in need will be well cared for. We’re so grateful to our community for showing up (rain or shine!) and for supporting this cause with such enthusiasm.
The event was filled with furry friends, smiles, and a shared love of animals. We can’t wait to continue this tradition and make next year’s Pooch Portraits in the Park even bigger and better.
Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this special day possible.
