Closing for a Cause

For every one of our clients’ successful closings, we ask for their charity of choice, then we make a contribution to that organization. All of our home closings make a positive impact.

Events/Community

Pooch Portraits in the Park

A free pet photo day benefiting the Maynard Food Pantry, featuring portraits by Fred Levy and plenty of wagging tails — rain or shine.

Winter Family Movie Series

A festive free movie event for local families, featuring Elf and An American Tail, photos with Santa and Elf, and toy donations for the Maynard Police Department’s Toys for Tots Drive.

Easter Eggstravaganza

A joyful spring event with egg decorating and a visit from the Easter Bunny, hosted in collaboration with Stow Garden Center and open to local families.

Red Day

In honor of KW Red Day, we gathered with fellow agents to plant native trees, shrubs, and perennials along the Assabet River at Ice House Landing, supporting pollinators and public green space.

Annual Environmental Film Series

A free screening of the documentary Common Ground to support Gaining Ground, a nonprofit farm fighting food insecurity through sustainable agriculture. Donations were collected in lieu of tickets.
